Summary The Senior Sales Representative, Account Manager will use their knowledge of company products and understanding of the customers’ business to enhance and exceed their existing customer’s expectations for packaging needs and custom displays while developing strategic plans to qualify, target, and close new business within an assigned geographic region or territory.

From everyday packaging needs to custom display conception, our highly-skilled team of designers, support personnel, along with our expansive production capabilities gives you the firepower needed to close accounts. We aim to exceed our customers’ packaging objectives with each project, making us a valuable and trusted repeat partner for our clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
While maintaining well established following or customer base, strive to better serve customer’s needs with exceptional service, solicit new business opportunities within our business region/territory. Target clients with identified unmet needs in the packaging and point of purchase display industry.
Planning strategies to establish and maintain account relationships and meet personal sales goals.
Developing business plans for each account.
Developing strong customer relationships that provide significant input to planning company production, pricing, and service strategies.
Coordinate and use company resources to provide value added services to accounts.
Provide analysis and information on sales forecast and budget preparation
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
You must have at least 5-10 years sales experience (with an established customer base) preferably in point of purchase display and/or packaging, and have tremendous desire to earn a significant income with uncapped earnings potential. You must have exceptional hunting and closing skills, the ability to sell value over price, work well independently and be held accountable to your goals.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet Explorer Internet software; Amtech; Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word word-processing software.
