Summary: Under the direction of the Marketing & Communications Manager the Marketing Coordinator will have the responsibility of growing our customer platform by increasing sales through implementation of Sales Intelligence software, social  media platforms, SEO, and website design.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•    Build, develop and manage the  Sales Intelligence software system, Winmo project
•    Generate and track leads  and sales progress within Winmo software
•    Adapt  communication strategy based  on analytics
•    Create  programs to increase brand awareness and connect with consumers
•    Design  Ads and run  social  media campaigns           
•    Participate in the development of long-range strategic marketing plans  and campaigns
•    Help with creative development on various marketing projects
•    Update content on website and assist  with the  management of organization websites
•    Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
•   Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
Adhere to company policies; including attendance policies as leader presence is essential.

Education and/or Experience                                                
Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Marketing or Communications; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in Adobe  Creative Suite  programs, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
Ability to balance  and complete a variety of tasks  accurately with high  attention to detail
Ability to learn and use business platforms such as marketing automation and project Management software
Advertisement design experience
Basic knowledge of web  design  and experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
